Carlton Samuels:There are three issues that I think we should highlight: the role of the At-Large WGs in building capacity and forging consensus on issues of importance to the At-Large 2) The recognition of single member participation in At-Large policy making at all levels 3) The funding model reported does not value or recognize our inputs in ICANN meetings. I intend to go very strong on that one because it constantly irritates me!.
