QUESTION: Cheryl, we are currently experiencing a stall in our abiity to actually implement policies, potentially due to bottlenecks in the Board, but it seems that the machine has halted a bit. From your experience, what do you think are the reasons and what actions can we take as a community to get this process back to a better pace.
