The South Pacific Computer Society (SPaCS) was established in 1995 as a non-profit organization with the aim of creating ICT awareness, and promoting the development of ICT capacity in the South Pacific region. SPaCS is a full member of the South East Asia Regional Computer Confederation (SEARCC) an affiliated body of International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP).
