Lets be honest the WSIS in Geneva in 2004 was continued in 2005 in Tunis and most of the non profits boycotted that event and the statements were very biased

ICANN makes its choices clear. It did not like the legislation that Malaysia passed so it voted to move its annual meeting to another country

As far as I can tell only the IGF was created specifically as a multistakeholder organization, and it is only part way there.
It also needs evolution.
