NARALO Is the voice of the INTERNET END USERS in NORTH AMERICA. We provide advice that impacts all the North American region, from Canada to the US and Puerto Rico. NARALO is one of five regional AT-LARGE ORGANIZATIONS that impact the global Internet's naming and numbering processes. NARALO is a key part of ICANN’s multi-stakeholder model. Its members work on a variety of initiatives such as, policy advice development, outreach and engagement, training, capacity building, technology and accessibility issues. Members also partner and collaborate with other key Internet governance stakeholders.

I have concerns about the capitalizations. I'd rather see the whole words bold and in caps. I am talking INTERNET END USERS, MAKE A DIFFERENCE, and COME JOIN US. And perhaps NARALO and ICANN.
Also. I think the wording might be a little too esoteric. Perhaps something like:
Representing North America - from Canada to the US to Puerto Rico - NARALO is one of five regional AT-LARGE ORGANIZATIONS that impact the global Intenet's naming and numbering processes.
