Decisions Reached:

• All of the subgroups that have not yet submitted their report to the RT are asked to review the latest drafts and indicate to their subgroup whether they agree or have further comments to be addressed.
• No face-to-face meeting before/at ICANN63. Engagement session will be scheduled with those present. Invitation will be sent to SO/ACs to ask whether they wish to meet separately.

Action Items:  

• Consumer Trust: Erika Mann to look into US FTC information.

• Rec #2 – Single WHOIS Policy: Schedule subgroup call to update draft and recommendation to reflect recent events

• Rec #3 – Outreach: Alan to review conclusions on outreach.

• Rec #4 – Compliance: 
  • Rec 4.3: Susan to clarify recommendation to indicate how data would be updated.
  • Rec. 4.7: Susan and Lili to clarify recommendation to indicate the audit would apply only in cases where there is a pattern of failure to validate as required by the RAA.
  • Rec 4.8: Susan to clarify that the DAAR blacklist is but one source of input, not considered authoritative.
  • Schedule a WHOIS1 rec #4 subgroup call after Susan produces new draft addressing ICANN62 comments.

• Rec #5-9 – Data Accuracy: Lili Sun to work in collaboration with rec. 4 compliance subgroup to make sure both subgroup reports are in alignment, following comments received at ICANN62.

• Rec. #15-16 – Plan & Annual Reports: Schedule a subgroup call after ICANN org provides further responses.

• Subgroup 2 – Anything New:  Stephanie to incorporate her edits in the subgroup report this week.

• Subgroup 3 – Law Enforcement Needs: Schedule a subgroup call as soon as possible to finalize and launch survey.

• ICANN org to send out a reminder to the review team to review the subgroup reports that were sent prior to ICANN62 (latest versions available on the wiki).

• Include discussion on need for engagement session at ICANN63.

• ICANN org to confirm status of travel requests with review team.

• ICANN org to contact and confirm status of participation to Face-to-Face Meeting #3
