Following is a summary of the major initiatives and proposals under consideration by WT B.
This list is not necessarily exhaustive. WT members should add additional proposals.
Rec 3: Remove any obstacles in ALS-RALO-ALAC structure

Regional liaisons (beyond life of WT B)

Suggest task 3.1.1 (review information flow between three tiers of At-Large structure [ALS-RALO-ALAC] to identify possible improvements to information dissemination) gets finalized in the next Secretariats and ALAC meetings in San Francisco. (Cheryl can provide more information.)
Use of new communication/collaboration tools throughout At-Large, including:
- Confluence (ALAC rollout complete)
- Posterous;
- iEtherPad;
- Twitter Twibes (see Top Twitter Lists, How to Use Twitter Lists, and Technology Twitter Lists); and
- Mobile-device compatability (to be identified).

Offer of technology for ALSes' own use, including:
- Own Confluence pages as (a) Web presence and (b) two-way means of information exchange; and
