If the answer is “yes,” please describe the material interest in ICANN GNSO policy development processes and outcomes:	But my firm represents and consults to Domain Name Registrants, New gTLD Applicants, Community members and noncommercial organizations and companies with an interest in New gTLDs. While most of our work involves already-adopted ICANN policies, including those of the New gTLD Applicant Guidebook and UDRP, future GNSO policies could have an impact on these clients.

I am a co-founder of the Noncommercial Users Constituency and a current member. I have also been a representative to the Registries Stakeholder Group in the past.
