Objetivo y ambito de trabajo

Durante la reunión de Los Ángeles, en Enero de 2017, se lograron varios puntos en común referidos a la gobernanza de LACRALO.  En dicha reunion se propuso revitalizar el grupo de trabajo de gobernanza para abordar estos temas.  Este grupo de  trabajo tendría como objetivo, la confección de herramientas legales que modifiquen y clarifiquen las existentes para el normal funcionamiento de LACRALO.

Es por eso que tendrá como objetivo primario el estudio de las reglas actuales y la confección de una propuesta de Principios Operativos, Reglas de procedimentales a partir de estos principios operativos, generar un documento que permita optimizar las métricas de participación como así también documentos que ayuden al buen desempeño y optimización de nuestro trabajo dentro de LACRALO (ejemplo: modo de presentación de propuestas y otros instrumentos necesarios que ayuden a la dinámica de trabajo grupal e individual

Objective and Scope of Work 

During the meeting in Los Angeles in January 2017, several points were reached in common regarding the governance of LACRALO. At that meeting it was proposed to revitalize the governance working group to address these issues. 

This working group would have as objective, the preparation of legal tools that modify and clarify the existing ones for the normal operation of LACRALO. That is why it will have as primary objective the study of the current rules and the preparation of a proposal of Operative Principles,

 Procedural Rules from these operative principles, to generate a document that allows to optimize the metrics of participation as well as documents that help To the good performance and optimization of our work within LACRALO (example: way of presenting proposals and other necessary instruments

 that help the dynamics of group and individual work
