- 1. Wolf Ludwig, Erich Schweighofer and @Florian will meet in Vienna to produce a draft By-Laws on February 18th. Draft shall be approved by the EURALO Board and presented to the member. EURALO needs a 2/3 majority to approve the draft.
- 2. Roadmap: After meeting in Vienna on February 18th, EURALO will send a draft to membership, Gisella Gruber to prepare a doodle for a conference call with the By-Laws Task Force for the week of February 20-24th. The next step will be a call with the EURALO Board on the 27th. ICANN Legal to review the draft in early March. and then draft to be presented to EURALO GA at the Copenhagen meeting.
