• Heidi Ullrich and Ariel Liang to check with Bart Boswinkel from ccNSO and see whether there is a guide about the difference between ccTLDs and gTLDs 
•  ALT / wider At-Large Comunity to organize a team to work on a beginner's guide or equivalent in very simple, easy to understand language, targeting consumers / users educating them 
  about what ICANN does, what issues matter to them, etc.; need to consult with ICANN staff departments on exisiting work in order not to reinvent the wheel
