This page lists issues and topics identified either by the SCI as potentially meriting review or by the GNSO Council as potential topics to be referred to the SCI. The SCI's list of topics will be submitted to the GNSO Council for its consideration. The GNSO Council's list is still under discussion at the Council level.

Full review of the Working Group Consensus Levels (as noted in the SCI report to the GNSO Council upon closure of the public comment period on the SCI's interim solution in October 2014)
Full review of the GNSO Operating Procedures (including the PDP Manual and the Working Group Guidelines)
Under Consideration by the GNSO Council:
Role and function of a seconder to a proposed Council motion (currently, there is no provision in the GNSO Operating Procedures for this)
Whether specific rules are needed to deal with amendments to motions (currently, the Council operates on the basis of common/customary practice)
Council voting threshold to change Consensus Policy (50% +1 or other threshold more appropriate?) – Currently on hold by the Council.
