- Staff to schedule one conference call a week, starting from the second week of January. Before the calls are scheduled Staff is to send out a doodle poll to determine the specific date and time.
- Sandra to write Olga Cavalli an email, CCing Staff and the WG, telling her that she is welcome to join the WG as an observer only.
