FY22 Project: LAC Digital Discussion Calls Action Items

Michelle Desmyter and Yesim Nazlar will schedule the next call for Monday 11 April at 23 UTC, Thursday 21 April at 23 UTC and Monday 25 April 23 UTC.

Se acordó que las 4 subregiones deben ser representadas en los panelista/ It was agreed that the 4 sub regions will be represented in Panels
Sergio Salinas Porto y todos desarrollaran el contenido de los temas de los paneles con mayor precisión. Sergio and all will develop the topics contents with more details.
Todos buscaran propuestas de moderadores para cada panel. All will come back with proposals for Panel’s moderators.
Se definiran la hora mas conveniente para el evento en la siguiente llamada. Se propuso horas en la mañana o temprano en la tarde, dentro de horario de oficina. No se debe tener recesos largos. The most convenient time will be selected in the next call. It was proposed to set times early in the morning or early afternoons, within office hours. The break should not be long.

Los Paneles serán conformados por mínimo 9 paises y maximo 12 paises. Panels will be formed by minimum 9 countries, maximum 12 countries.
Laura Margolis, Vanda Scartezini, Sergio Salinas Porto, Claire Craig and Jacqueline Morris llamaran a las ALses y pedirán si pueden apoyar con el Proyecto LAC digital conectado con sus respectivos gobiernos/ Laura Margolis, Vanda Scartezini, Sergio Salinas Porto, Claire Craig and Jacqueline Morris will call ALS to ask them if they can assist establishing connections with their respective governments.
Sergio Salinas Porto y todos los líderes en el grupo definirán mejor los 3 temas del Panel- puliran las ideas. Sergio Salinas Porto and all will define the 3 topics of the panel and will polish topics.
Robert Hoggarth asistirá a conectar este grupo con miembros del GAC de la región. Robert Hoggarth will assist to connect this group with GAC members from the region

Silvia Vivanco will open a Project wiki page to post all reference documents
Silvia Vivanco will draft a short blurb for "save the date" promotion.
Yesim Nazlar will schedule a call for March 15 at 23 UTC with interpretation EN/ES.
