Harold Arcos, Vanda Scartezini y todos los panelistas que deseen usar slides, fotos y bios a staff con fecha límite Lunes 16.
Rodrigo De la Parra y Silvia Vivanco coordinarán con Comms department para mandar mas promoción por social media.
Claudia Ruiz preparara un email con instrucciones y recomendaciones para todos los panelistas (tales como wire headset, language channels, etc)
Claudia Ruiz y Michelle Desmyter enviaran calendar invites a todos los panelistas con información de acceso a la llamada incluyendo zoom registration links.
Claudia Ruiz coordinará con LS como mostrar el video en zoom, dado que el audio esta en Ingles y el zoom esta en ES.
Todos los panelistas y moderadores mandarán sus respectivos Skype accounts a staff para crear un grupo de chat para coordinacion

Sergio Salinas Porto y todos los líderes en el grupo definirán mejor los 3 temas del Panel- puliran las ideas. Sergio Salinas Porto and all will define the 3 topics of the panel and will polish topics.
Robert Hoggarth asistirá a conectar este grupo con miembros del GAC de la región.

Michelle Desmyter and Yesim Nazlar will schedule the next call for Monday 11 April at 23 UTC, Thursday 21 April at 23 UTC and Monday 25 April 23 UTC.

The most convenient time will be selected in the next call. It was proposed to set times early in the morning or early afternoons, within office hours. The break should not be long.

Los Paneles serán conformados por mínimo 9 paises y maximo 12 paises. Panels will be formed by minimum 9 countries, maximum 12 countries.
