It is requested that the list of reserved National Red Cross and Red Crescent identifiers be revised and complemented to include, in regard to the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, a total of twenty-two (22) additional names.These additions are needed in order to reflect the recent change in the official name of the “Macedonian Red Cross” to “Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia”.
It is requested that the set of names already included in the reserved list for this National Society (i.e. the names “Macedonian Red Cross” and FYROM Red Cross Society” and their agreed variations) be maintained in the reserved names list. This is mindful of the fact that the National Society will continue to be known by its old names in the foreseeable future. Below is additional information about the request.
