This page lists all the requirements for participating in the third At-Large Summit which will be held at ICANN66 in Montreal Canada, 2-7 November 2019.

The application is divided into two main sections. The first section is critical – it assesses whether:
You are a formal member of At-Large;
You are already an active member within At-Large or in another section of ICANN, on behalf of At-Large;
and you have completed a series of compulsory courses about ICANN and what it does.
In this first section you will be asked for your email address. This is important because as soon as you submit your form, it will return an acknowledgement of your application and a printout of your current application.
You will only qualify to move onto the second section if you answer the questions in the first section appropriately. This section will be evaluated by the regionally-selected ATLAS III APPLICANT SELECTION COMMITTEE. (this will link to a separate page on the Selection Committee)
The second section will assess your experience and potential capacity for a set of criteria that were considered important skills and abilities for our policy leaders in At-Large.
These criteria were selected by subgroups who were made up of members from At-Large who specifically volunteered to contribute to the selection of travelers to ATLAS III in Montreal.
In this section, you will be asked to provide details of your own practical experience that can demonstrate the abilities and skills that the subgroups decided were important for our future At-Large policy leaders to have.
