1) Describe how the original Purpose and Goals were accomplished: | As an IP lawyer in Silicon Valley with extensive prior experience practicing in Los Angeles, I was delighted to be offered the opportunity to experience first-hand the actual procedures of ICANN in terms of proposals and policy. It was especially beneficial to learn more about the status of the new gTLD program and its dispute resolution mechanisms, and how I can contribute to making this process better for IP owners in the future. |
