    1. How do you see the various parts of the ALAC & At-Large capacity building programs fit in the wider plan for Global Stakeholder Engagement? Do you have a clear diagram showing the different parts of the GSE plan?
    • How do you avoid reinventing the wheel?
    • How do you keep volunteers motivated with the current GSE plan?


    2. How do you propose improving cross-ICANN communication for it to become part of ICANN's DNA?

    The preamble question:  What is the ICANN Plan for Global Stakeholder Engagement and when will it be revealed?

    Question: Who is taking over the strategic responsibility of nurturing talent from within the ICANN community as part of the long term sustainability plan (eg., from volunteer to ICANN "ambassador")?  Has the plan been revised and what is now the status?

    This question is also broad enough for the Public Forum - it addresses the sustainability of the volunteer system.
