QUESTIONS FROM THE ALAC TO THE BOARD:

  1. The ALAC to state its position on the new gTLD subsequent round.

  2. ATLAS II Recommendations Update - Final Report and Next Steps.

  3. Which skill set will be needed in the current constellation? This might be useful as At-Large begins its process for the selection of Seat 15.

  4. To what extent will, or has, the new approach of Goran Marby, effect the work of the board? Will there be changes in procedures and / or the focus of collaboration.

  5. The new meeting formats seem to be causing many problems from an AC/SO perspective and in some cases is a step backwards. This is not necessarily a reflection on the original plans but the implementation. How do Board members candidly think it has gone?
