- Identify issues that have an impact on ICANN's mission and NARALO region and prepare multimedia educational materials to highlight the issue and consequences in "layman terms".
- Coordinate with staff to provide editorial help in with NARALO statements/comments for ALAC and/or any other group.
- Coordinate with staff the preparation/publishing of educational material for the region.
NOTE: This Working Group has not met in recently. However, on the monthly call of NARALO, snippet Webinars (sWebinars) continue to be held. The focus has been on ongoing Policy issues that are within the remit of ICANN's mission.

First short webinar (snippet Webinar) "Net Neutrality" with Mark Buell, ISOC Regional Bureau Director, North America. Mr. Buell Buell will speak on the repeal by FCC of Net Neutrality. This will be part of the agenda of the NARALO Meeting. He will present a historical background on how the Internet ecosystem was managed: before, during and after the Net Neutrality mandate or regulation by FCC. What can we expect from now on? and, if ICANN's mission is affected? He will have approximately 15 minutes to present and 15 minutes for Q&A from the participants.
