Have met with all constituencies except NCUC who has been difficult to reach. Constituencies are generally agreeable to a database but want to ensure there are privacy features and ability for individuals to opt out of certain communications, etc.

3. Discuss with ICANN IS staff on how best to create a
“GNSO-discussion list” where participants from constituencies,
working groups, and other GNSO processes have posting rights and emails
are publicly posted.

Spoke with ICANN IT (Ken Bour) who stated this is possible, anything is possible, it just has to be included in the requirements document given to IT. Discussion lists can have permissioning at the various SG levels with rights only extended by invitation from an Admin user.
