At-Large Policy Session: Tools for Wholistic Contract Compliance

In this session, we will look specifically at the tools Contractual Compliance has for the wholistic evaluation of contracted parties, as apposed to the purely complaint driven processes. How can the audit function be used more aggressively? How can thresholds of abuse be set that would more easily precipitate a breach finding?
