JULY 2015 UPDATE

• ccNSO July 2015 Workplan (link)
• Council Chair notified council members of one ccWG member's procedural concern at Paris meeting. The deviation from the standard process had been discussed and agreed on at an earlier teleconference that for any areas of work that were not contentious, then the two readings over the two days would ensure consensus on these issues, as part of their Second Public Comment Report (NOT to finalise it in the proposal). It would save further discussion time in later phone meetings where consensus was evident. Their ability to make this internal change is in their Charter.
