Informal Report on the ccNSO Council meeting 19 March 1200UTC

• CWG and CCWG updates featured highly in reports
• Engagement of ccTLD members (including those outside of ccNSO) in the decision making process became a hot topic - to ensure that the ccTLD community viewpoint is heard in discussions about new gTLD processes, the FOI and use of ICANN finances, etc. Current consensus is that people aren't involved enough. More outreach and facilitating a greater understanding among ccTLD managers is required so that they will become more involved in ccNSO decision making.
