Info

There are two steps involved in adding an attachment while creating a Comment: Step 1-Uploading and Step 2-Referencing (or Linking).

...

If you are ready to upload a new attachment/image, see (1) below. If you want to reference/link to an attachment/image previously uploaded to another space/page within the Wiki, see (2).

(1) Uploading Attachments

There are two convenient ways to attach files while editing a Comment: Drag & Drop or Browse/Upload from your computer/network.

Tipnote

Preferred Format: It is generally advisable to enter comments in plain text to make it easier for subsequent users to read, reply, and quote passages. If you decide to upload an attachment, please use the PDF format because it will normally render in a browser window without requiring a separate download step

Warning

Attachments are Permanent: In this special purpose Public Comments Wiki, comments and attachments may be added; however, to preserve the integrity of the official record, once they are posted/uploaded, they can only be removed by sending a Attachments-How to Upload & Reference to Wiki-Admin and explaining the circumstances (e.g., uploaded incorrect file). Each case will be evaluated individually to ensure that a substantive comment thread is not adversely impacted by such a removal

To attach a file using Drag & Drop:
