Jia-Rong Low joined ICANN in August of 2013 and is now the Vice President, Stakeholder Engagement and Managing Director - Asia Pacific. An international executive with Foreign Service credentials, Jia-Rong is stationed in Singapore and leads the teams at the APAC Regional Office, overseeing the expansion of ICANN's operations in the region. Jia-Rong works with key stakeholders to bring ICANN to the region, and facilitate stakeholders to participate in multistakeholder internet governance. Jia-Rong has been engaging governments and businesses on a multitude of policy and business development projects in the Southeast Asia region, and spent the bulk of his career deeply involved in engagement and public policy development in Asia. Prior to joining ICANN, Jia-Rong served at Singbridge International, a Singapore government-linked company specializing in sustainable urban development projects. He holds a Diploma in International Trade Law from the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. He graduated with a Bachelor of Communications Studies at Singapore's Nanyang Technological University. Jia-Rong has a love for languages and cultures. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese; and is currently also learning Arabic.

Justine Chew is Chair of the APRALO Policy Forum. She is also the ALAC Member re-selected by the ICANN Nominating Committee to represent the AAPAC Region for 2023-2025, a role which she first held in 2019-2021, and was recently named as ALAC Vice-Chair for 2023-2024. Also,  Justine continues to serve as the ALAC Liaison to the GNSO where she provides input of the ALAC and At-Large in matters of interest overseen by the GNSO Council.  Having been an active member of the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP WG from 2016-2021, where she also served as the As the At-Large liaison from on Subsequent Procedures in 2018-2021, Justine led a small team that drove the CPWGthe At-Large's consensus-building efforts which produced ALAC statements, as well as ALAC Advice to the ICANN Board , in respect of Subsequent Procedureson the subject. This led to her being a regular speaker on Subsequent Procedures and the Next Round of New gTLDs in various fora, including ICANN Public Meetings.
