    Just a thought: I think there is some experience gap between the APRALO active members. There are some very senior members who are working on these issues for a very long time and then there are relatively new ones. That space needs to be filled through initiatives probably. Broadly speaking

    Agree with Justine in that there is a lot of personal effort required to raise your level of understanding , but as Gunela has mentioned.. there are a lot of people who can help to mentor you through this journey of understanding that you need to be able to participate comfortably
