- Asia Pacific - Jennifer Chung, Cheryl Langdon-Orr - Discussed the case of the Tonga volcano and the cutting of the undersea internet cable. Also, the coup in Myanmar and the ongoing cutting of the internet was raised. The need for action within the Golden Hour to react to an emergency and the use of first rate equipment was presented.
- Africa - Bram Fudzulani, AFRALO Outreach and Engagement Co-Chair - The situation in Malawi during COVID and also the impact of the Russia conflict in Ukraine was discussed.
- Latin America and Caribbean - Augusto Ho, Claire Craig - Outlined impact of natural disasters and the important role of international organizations like ICANN and At-Large . This includes and the need to partner with resourceful organizations which deal with emergencies in the region to take concrete actions, such as training.
- North America - Eduardo Diaz, NARALO Chair - Presented the example of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rica Rico and the impact of lack of communication technologies. He also pointed out lessons learned and new initiatives taken to mitigate disasters.
- Board actions - Leon Sanchez - Provided an update on the various actions of ICANN org for the situation in Ukraine as well as other emergencies.
