  • The group agreed with the latest proposed definitions for survey and continuous improvement.

ToR document edits

  • The group agreed to the latest ToR document edits made in response to the Pilot Holistic Review ToR Team’s comments.

Final ToR document edits

  • The group agreed to have the Leads finalize edits in the Pilot Holistic Review ToR. The Leads will pose any additional questions or required clarifications to the group as needed.

Timeline for sending the ToR to the OEC

  • The Coordination Group agreed to finalize the edits to the Pilot Holistic Review ToR by the 10 June deadline (ICANN 74). This timeline will allow for the document to be sent to the OEC members for their review prior to the 29 June OEC meeting.

Action Items: 

  1. Finalize edits to the Pilot Holistic Review ToR based on the ToR team’s comments and the Leads final review
  2. Send the completed Pilot Holistic Review ToR to the OEC members
