Leadership Position Rotation per Subregion: In accordance to the LACRALO Operating Principles, Titulo IV, articulo article 7.2.a. there shall be a mechanism to rotate leadership positions among four subregions within LACRALO. In every election, each subregion shall be responsible for nominating candidates to certain positions.
Section 20 of LACRALO Rules of Procedure: LACRALO does not allow its leadership to hold consecutive terms in the same position. Nothing prevents a member who are interested who held a position from applying for a different position in the period immediately following as long as the rotation principle is respected.
