3. Update on ICANN73 Planning (20min)

   1. (1) The proposed ICANN73 block schedule will be presented during a roundtable discussion with the Supporting Organization and Advisory Committee chairs on Wednesday, 15 December 2021. The block schedule will feature 90-minute session to discuss geopolitical, legislative, and regulatory developments as proposed by ICANN President and CEO Göran Marby.

   2. (2) The “Moving Forward with the Global Public Interest (GPI) Framework” (“Moving forward with the global public interest framework”) plenary session proposed by the At-Large community (Marita Moll) and originally scheduled for ICANN72 was deferred to ICANN73 or a future ICANN Public Meeting. Assuming the At-Large community does not withdraw the proposal, the SO AC Chairs planning group will have to decide if it will be scheduled during the two plenary session slots available for ICANN73.

   3. (3) The deadline to submit plenary session proposals is Monday, 13 December 2021 at 19:00 UTC. Only complete proposals will be considered.

4. Approach to Scheduling At-Large Sessions at the Virtual ICANN73 Community Forum - Maureen Hilyard / All (20 min)
