Article 19 Rules of Procedure: In case of resignation or vacancy in any position, the position shall be occupied by another representative of the same subregion through an election process. Upon failure to find a candidate from the same subregion due to any reason, the position shall be held by an active member from the following subregion.


The voting process:

  1. All accredited ALS can vote for all positions. Observers do not vote
  2. The candidate who gets a majority/plurality of weighted votes wins.
  3. The virtual vote will require the number of ALS casting valid votes, including "abstentions", if any, divided by the number of ALS accredited in the region x 100.
