Pre-Event - Hong Kong's Netmission will have an event that includes Japanese students.

Jia Rong will share more details when available.

APAC/APRALO Social

APAC Social - very little time for speeches - Board Members, Maureen, etc. Primarily this s a networking event.

-APNIC - Lianna/MH to reach out to APNIC.

Catering : 60 people = $2,500

For 120 = $5,000

APAC has budget $2,500

APRALO has $1,200

So to have catering for 120 need $1,300 more

If dot Asia and APNIC could sponsor $600 each, that would cover the costs

Kenn to work with Gisella on catering details as budgets will come from different sources.
