Pre-Event outreach activity with students from Japan


APRALO Networking event in Kobe -  Wednesday 13 at 18:30-20:00

1. Welcome by Jia-Rong (About the APAC Social)

2. Welcome by Satish Babu (about APRALO)

3. Introduction of APAC community leaders involved in SO/ACs and PDP Working Groups. (Jia Rong to introduce broader APAC community; Satish to introduce APRALO leaders. Leaders to come forward if possible.

4. Cocktail time. Focus to strengthen network amongst APAC community members.

    Planning Kobe events : 4 Possible activities being looked in 

    1. Closed Meeting with ISOC - JP with APRALO LT and GSE Team , the meeting could include a catch-up, followed by exploring how to collaborate to reach out to the At-Large community in Japan in the longer term and set some plans .
    2. Get-together networking event , for all APRALO community in Kobe  , program to be developed 
    3. Pre-Event outreach activity with students from Japan and continue during the event with a mentorship lead by APRALO LT or other from At-large community ... waiting for some more feedback from GSE to finalize and accordingly to develop the program 
    4. Booth program - volunteers to support
