11) Proposed Goals and Outcomes:

Content Guidelines (click here)

The International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting is the largest international gather of trademark owners and brand advocates in the world.

On the agenda are several topics relevant to the work of the IPC, including brand protection post-GDPR and INTA internet committee discussions on ongoing ICANN PDPs such as Rights Protection Mechanism Review, New gTLD Subsequent Procedures and Next Generation RDS.

The IPC plans to work with INTA to secure a time and space for an IPC outreach event, to increase awareness and participation by demonstrating the critical importance of ICANN issues, and IPC advocacy to this prospect-rich group.

Kiran is bringing copies of the IPC's new factsheet to share with participants with the purposes of increasing awareness and networking with potential IPC members. This fact sheet can be viewed at: http://www.ipconstituency.org/assets/Fact-Sheets/ipc_onepager_2018%20(2).pdf.
