1) Describe the Trip in sufficient detail
that an interested reader could understand Who,
What, When, Where, and Why concerning this
funded CROP activity (please be as expansive
as possible):

My name is Hector Ariel Manoff, partner at Vitale, Manoff & Feilbogen. I am from Argentina and I have my IP and Internet Law Practice in Buenos Aires, Argentina, including trademark and domain name legal advising for Argentina and Foreign Clients. I am arbitrator for NAF, National Arbitration Forum for more than 10 years. I joined the IPC (intellectual property constituency) about 15 years ago. In 2009 I worked for the IRT (implementation recommendation team) helping to advice ICANN in the implementation of the new gTLDs. I am member of different IP organisations from Argentina and Latin America among others . When we notindec that ICANN would be meeting in Panama we concluded that it would be very good for ICANN having participation of IP professionals of this country, in order to spread the knowledge about the activities of ICANN and the IPC  looking for more participation from Panama and its professionals. I took advantage that I am a native Spanish speaker and I participate in several meetings with professionals from  Panama to invite then to participate in our working groups and our social activities during ICANN in Panama. I noticed that in this region, the knowledge about ICANN of the lawyers and trademark practitioners in general is very low and I considered that the best way to attract these potential members is meeting them in  person and giving them the possibility to attend ICANN meetings in general and IPC meeting in particular.

2) Explain the extent to which the Proposed
Goals and Outcomes were accomplished
(see above LINK to review the original Proposal):

I believe that we accomplished the proposed goals. We received at list 25 new attendants at our activities. We had meetings in person with several Panama professionals and distribute them brochures related to ICANN
