Instructions to complete the template:
1) The template is available through Google Doc so you can work online collaboratively to avoid duplication of efforts.
We encourage the template to be completed this way. If it becomes difficult to do so, you can download the template, complete the corresponding boxes and then email it to fatimacambronero at gmail dot com.
2) The template is divided into groups of stakeholders (governments, business, users, academia, technical community, civil society; the NomCom and the Fellowship Program have their own tabs) to facilitate the identification and collection of material. Within each group of stakeholders are grouped the ICANN communities that are part of that particular group of stakeholders. In some groups are included more than one ICANN community, while in others, there is only one community. For example, within the group of stakeholders "governments" we find the GAC, but within the group of civil society we find the NGSG/NCUC and the NPOC. This classification is arbitrary and only for the purposes of facilitating the identification and collection of material.
3) For each stakeholder group, we put in the left column the type of material that we will analyze. For example, audio, video, annual report, report of working groups, etc. Here also feel free to indicate if there is any other type of material not included in that column.
4) The next column is the one that we must complete. We will identify the resource name (in the language in which it is located) and the link where it is hosted. If the same resource is available in different languages, we are asking you to add all the names in different languages and the corresponding links.
Materials that we will collect and include in this list are those that are useful for ICANN outreach activities as well as those which provide capacity building, especially those useful to facilitate the participation of ICANN newcomers, such as the Beginners Guides that have been developed by at-Large.
To facilitate the lecture of the template, we decided that when the resources are available in English only, the cell is painted in yellow; if the resource is available in English and Spanish, the cell is painted in orange; and if the resource is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese, the cell is painted in green.
In the template we already add some materials with their correspondent links as examples. Please note that the same material can be used for more than one group of stakeholders.

Instrucciones para completar la plantilla:
1) La plantilla se encuentra disponible en Google Doc para que se pueda trabajar en línea de manera colaborativa y para evitar la duplicación de esfuerzos.
Alentamos a que dicha plantilla sea trabajada y completada de esta manera. Si se vuelve complicado hacerlo de esta manera, pueden descargar la plantilla, completar las celdas correspondientes y luego enviarla por correo electrónico a fatimacambronero at gmail dot com.
2) La plantilla está dividida en grupos de interesados (gobiernos, empresas, usuarios, academia, comunidad técnica, sociedad civil; y tienen pestañas propias el NomCom y el Fellowship Program) para facilitar la identificación y recolección de material. Dentro de cada grupo de interesados, se han agrupado las comunidades de ICANN que forman parte de ese determinado grupo de interesados. En algunos grupos están incluidos más de una comunidad de ICANN, en otros en cambio, existe una sola comunidad. Por ejemplo, dentro del grupo de interesados “gobiernos” se encuentra el GAC, pero dentro del grupo de sociedad civil se encuentra el NGSG/NCUC y el NPOC. Esta clasificación es arbitraria y es sólo a los fines de facilitar la identificación y recolección del material.
3) En cada grupo de interesados, se ha colocado en la columna de la izquierda el tipo de material que vamos a analizar si existe o no. Por ejemplo, audio, video, reporte anual, reporte de grupos de trabajo, etc. Aquí también siéntase libres de indicar si existe algún otro tipo de material no incluido en dicha columna.
4) La columna siguiente es la que debemos completar. Vamos a identificar el nombre del recurso (en el idioma en el que se encuentre) y el enlace en el que se encuentra alojado. Si es el mismo recurso en diferentes idiomas, se solicita agregar todos los nombres en los diferentes idiomas y los enlaces correspondientes.
Los materiales que vamos a recopilar y a incluir en esta lista son aquellos que sean útiles para la difusión de ICANN y de sus actividades, así como aquellos que sirvan para la creación de capacidades, especialmente que sean útiles para facilitar la participación de los recién llegados a ICANN, como por ejemplo las Guías para Principiantes que han sido elaboradas por At-Large.
Para facilitar la vista de la planilla hemos decidido que cuando los recursos que se encuentren disponibles solo en inglés, la celda en la que se lo está incluyendo sea pintada de color amarillo; si el recurso se encuentra disponible en inglés y en español, que la celda sea pintada de color anaranjado; y si el recurso se encuentra disponible en español, inglés y portugués, la celda sea pintada de color verde.
En la plantilla se encuentran incorporados algunos materiales con sus respectivos enlaces para que puedan servir de ejemplo. Tengan en cuenta que un mismo material puede servir para más de un grupo de interesados.
