Engagement in AFRINIC Policy discussion. Management of the AFRALO - ICANN Booth, Session on AFRALO ICANN on Civil society engagement in ICANN activities Identification of Key Stakeholder in Botswana to initiate discussions on setting up an ALS
11) Additional Information (optional):

The proposed activity follows an MOU that was signed between AFRALO and AFRINIC. After a meeting held with AFRINIC CEO it was agreed that AFRALO will be provided with a booth and a session be organised. 

The discussion that will be held at AFRINIC involve policy discussions which Tijani, Aziz and I will be involved in and the management of the AFRALO booth will be done concurrently. 

Invitation Postcards and fliers will be distributed from the booth welcoming members to the AFRALO ICANN meeting. 

The have a maximum input there will be a session of AFRALO ICANN where all the members will be welcome to the session where Civil Society engagement will be discussed with support from Staff.

Promotional Materials which include AFRALO Pull up Banner, printing of invitation postcards, AFRALO Fliers, more will be discussed in the AFRALO Call

Shipping of Materials to the Hotels 

Extra 2 nights during the Summit to have maximum impact to the communities.
