2) Describe how the original Outcomes were achieved:
| • Report: The inaugural lecture was attended by approximately 170 people. They explained everything about ICANN and governance, ending with the transition from IANA. The time allotted was sufficient. There was a fair amount of questions that were performed at the end of the exhibition. At the conference of Diego Acosta Bastidas, there were fifteen participants. There were also numerous questions, which were answered in full. There were at least two interested in knowing exactly how to proceed to file an organization and certified as ALS. In this there was an active participation, indicating the current problems with end users and companies in general in Cuba: lack of Internet services and their high cost. Note that in the hotel where the participants are staying, the wifi cost six dollars an hour, and the very small width and great inconvenience band. The thematic panel on Internet Governance, had a moderator and Alberto Soto and Diego Acosta Bastidas as panelists. This panel was added only after confirmed our presence. There were ten participants. The time allowed was insufficient for the number of concerns raised. For that reason it was continued a few extra minutes out of the room. The organization was very strict compliance with the allocated time during all sessions. • Consultations attendees: In both conference participants issued opinion on the subject developed, time and speaker requested. Unfortunately the same person collected the respective reports, and misplaced. Left with his promise to look, but did not find them. However, the number of participants, your questions and level of participation, the balance is very positive. Alberto Soto has received from the same person two additional consultations to propose that an organization certified as ALS. |
