David McAuley:I think this is good presentation but also think Bart just made a good point about acting within 21 day period so community has 7 days to review, if I heard that correctly.
David McAuley:It might be worthwhile to have a 'canned' pre-warning to the community about these very short time-lines and send it every year at least, maybe more often
