Kimberly Carlson:Good morning Christelle and Stephen

Martin Boyle:hi Bart, Katrina, all!
Stephen Deerhake:Greetings everyone...
Katrina:Good morning, good afternoon, good evening!
Kimberly Carlson:David will be 5-10 mins late
Bart Boswinkel:It is scrollable
Ben Fuller:Hi all
Kimberly Carlson:Welcome Dejan and Ben
Katrina:Hi Ben! Glad to see you :)
Ben Fuller:Thanks. Feels good to be back
Dejan Djukic:Thank you
Bart Boswinkel:Council itself should be incldeuded as well i.e. chair of ht eCouncil
Katrina:but it DOES NOT have to be your own comment you base your petition on
David McAuley:Sorry to be late - been on phone last five min
David McAuley:so have heard some of Stephen's presentation before getting into adobe
Katrina:this is EXACTLY one of the previous slides - I did not know what to do with it. Is it needed here? was it needed earlier?
Bart Boswinkel:The function is different
Bart Boswinkel:but we can adjsut
David McAuley:Thanks Stephen
David McAuley:I think this is good presentation but also think Bart just made a good point about acting within 21 day period so community has 7 days to review, if I heard that correctly.
David McAuley:It might be worthwhile to have a 'canned' pre-warning to the community about these very short time-lines and send it every year at least, maybe more often
David McAuley:Stephen can tweet
Stephen Deerhake:Good idea David. I was thinking I would post warnings to the cctld-community list at various mile posts.
David McAuley:Good point by Katrina about the complexity here - and the desire to be as clear as possible with difficult material
Ben Fuller:Gettin the rejection action sorted is a significant accomplishment
Bart Boswinkel:Include overview of upcoming work?
David McAuley:+1@Ben, and thanks again to Stephen
Stephen Deerhake:I would wait a day or two for additional feedback. I think this issue of 2 classes of councillors needs to be sorted.
Stephen Deerhake:That was a correct summary.
David McAuley:Agree w Stephen re two classes
Stephen Deerhake:Thanks Ben and David for you kind words. At the end of the day it was a group effort....
David McAuley:Nothing here
Bart Boswinkel:Lunch will be provided!!
Ben Fuller:I agree to be on the working party
David McAuley:and she was informative - good idea Bart
Bart Boswinkel:Public comment report is available
Bart Boswinkel:re OS
Joke Braeken:regarding the call for the volunteers for the RWP: could you please send me an e-mail if you are interested in joining?
