Action Items Full WG

Application Queuing:

New proposal: Recognize that different applicants might have different goals that should be taken into consideration for those who win the draw.

ACTION ITEM 2: Rubens Kuhl will write up the proposal and put it out to the full WG list for consideration.

New Proposal: Consider how to prioritize types of applications by giving them more tickets – so not absolute, but weighted.
