    My udpates:

We do urgently need to know whether we need to invite any Board Members and/or ICANN Org Execs to the Round Table and the Town Hall Meeting.
I have Leon down for the Town Hall meeting
    Monday’s sessions:
    10:45-12:15 = Round table
    12:15-13:45 = Networking lunch
    13:45 – 15:00 = NA Space
Note we will be back to back so we will hopefully find a lunch venue very close by to able to come back for 13:45 to the NA Space *or* the At-Large policy session on An end user perspective: The next gTLD application window
    Networking Lunch:
I do not yet have an update.
For now, looking into venues but also need a final on *invitation list* (NARALO RALO Leaders, ALAC Members, NomCom, GSE Staff, Board Members (names TBA), Org (?)).
12:38:53 From Eduardo Díaz to Everyone:

12:42:10 From Gisella Gruber’s iPhone (2) to Everyone:
Correct - they are back to back
12:45:50 From Naela Sarras - ICANN Org to Everyone:
It’s ok Marita. All I wanted to say is that the NA Space time is a requested time. The meetings team is currently building the schedule, and our requested time might change, we don’t know for sure until the schedule is built
12:46:56 From Silvia Vivanco - ICANN Org to Everyone:
Topic 1: Government activity to expand Broadband (both US and Canada)
12:47:02 From Eduardo Díaz to Everyone:
The network launch will be more than just a simple networking lunch; it will be a rushed lunch. Would it be possible to schedule the launch during a time when attendees will not have to rush from one place to another? Additionally, at the current scheduled time, attendees may run into people on their way to lunch and stop to say hello, causing further delays. Therefore, it would be best to schedule the launch during a time that allows attendees to fully participate without feeling rushed or missing out on valuable networking opportunities.
12:49:41 From Eduardo Díaz to Everyone:
The audience in the NARALO round tables is different from the audience in NASIG.
12:50:00 From Siranush Vardanyan - ICANN Org to Everyone:
A gentle reminder to sign up for ICANN Engagement booth, if NARALO wants to keep additional slots, just sign up. All other slots will be taken by ICANN Fellowship Alums - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19YZZ3PikMmx1mVHPl-B3wz4loQG-pcs1FfvoxzdzvKw/edit#gid=0

12:52:46 From Silvia Vivanco - ICANN Org to Everyone:
@Greg, there were comments re topic 2 what's wrong with internet
12:53:48 From Eduardo Díaz to Everyone:
I suggest titles such as "Challenges and Opportunities for the Internet," "Navigating the Complexities of the Internet," "Shaping the Internet for Tomorrow: Building a Better Web for All,"
12:53:49 From Silvia Vivanco - ICANN Org to Everyone:
    All:

I would like to propose a change to the title of Topic 2 from "What's Wrong with the Internet?" to something more neutral and open-ended. The use of the word
"wrong" may create a negative impression and bias the conversation towards a particular perspective. Instead, I suggest titles such as "Challenges and Opportunities for the Internet," "Navigating the Complexities of the Internet," "Shaping the Internet for
Tomorrow: Building a Better Web for All," or something similar.

Titles like these promote a more open and balanced discussion.
12:53:56 From Silvia Vivanco - ICANN Org to Everyone:
    Posted email from Eduardo above
12:54:29 From Denise Hochbaum to Everyone:
I had attend conferences at Marriott Marquis and small reception happened in the room available  at the same floor that the panels. Marriott Marquis can provide the buffet
