Silvia Vivanco:yes
Loris Taylor:Will the London Conference be televised or streamed for those of us who are not able to come?

Glenn McKnight:I am fine
Glenn McKnight:Yes
Matthew Rantanen:Currently don't have any funding to travel to London
Silvia Vivanco:@ Garth and Glenn we have taken note of the ELECTIONS schedule postedhttps://community.icann.org/display/NARALO/NARALO++At+Large++Election++2014
Allan Skuce:My travel is set.
Glenn McKnight:Hi Matthew which group are you with?
Glenn McKnight:I captured the transcript and video of the speaker for Net Mundial
Matthew Rantanen:Glenn, I am The Chairman of the Board for Native Public Media, Loris Taylor is on the line, and she is the President and CEO, and she would be the primary,
Garth Bruen:Welcome Matthew!
Matthew Rantanen:Thanks, Garth.
Joly MacFie:II am talking about ICANN meetings, and specifically the AC recordings.
Alan Greenberg:Some of that is already being done for GNSO
Silvia Vivanco:I have noted this for Gisella to follow up on your request Garth
Joly MacFie:I think what Garth is asking for is less or more done, but not the AC recordings. I've always imagined that it was so as not to overload the icann AC server.
Heidi Ullrich:@Garth, is this useful: https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/CAPACITY+BUILDING+WEBINARS+ATLAS+II
Ogi Mitev:Garth, thank you again for your help, I sent you an e-mail with the travel and working group info
Garth Bruen:Ok, Ogi
Heidi Ullrich:a table in which all of the At-Large meetings are listed and we have Action Items, recordings, chat, etc listed?
Joly MacFie:In Singapore I asked for a couple and was given them and was able to record and publish the video separately from the AC recording.
Joly MacFie:I understand that this was the first time ICANN ran the vid inhouse, rather than Verilan, so procedures changed.
Joly MacFie:But so my specific question is, what is the policy on making AC recordings public at ICANN general meetings
judith Hellerstein:I only see Gold
Silvia Vivanco:25%
Silvia Vivanco:view please
Evan Leibovitch:you can scroll up and down to see the text
judith Hellerstein:Yes!! I see it now
Evan Leibovitch:A...
Avri Doria:it is more of a mustard (:
Yubelkys Montalvo:nice!
Avri Doria:at 25% you can pretty much see it.
Evan Leibovitch:Just below the gold is a drop down thing that says 100%.
Garth Bruen:dijon
Evan Leibovitch:Change it to 25%
Silvia Vivanco:And the URL takes you to the main NARALO wiki page
Evan Leibovitch:Where does the QR code go? What URL?
Ogi Mitev:approved
Joly MacFie:black bit at the bottom?
Evan Leibovitch:testing now....
Gordon Chillcott:Me, too. It works
judith Hellerstein:Yes what is the black part on the bottom
Silvia Vivanco:https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=2266167
Heidi Ullrich:Sorry for the beeping
Silvia Vivanco:This is the WIKI
Heidi Ullrich:Adigo is locating the source
Evan Leibovitch:Dumb question: The QR code goes to the Confluence page for NARALO ... but only in English. If someone who speaks only French or Spanish goes to this link theyll be LOST.
Allan Skuce:Yes
Evan Leibovitch:Is something being done to address this?
Glenn McKnight:Good point
Konstantin Kalaitzidis (SFBayISOC):I submitted the request and was told that we have to wait for the new fiscal year
Glenn McKnight:So is Konstantin's proposal valid for July with the new fiscal period?
Silvia Vivanco:cropp: • Travel requests must be submitted 8 weeks before any such travel to an event takes place.
Evan Leibovitch:Fortunately, Glenn and I will still be able to attend IETF in Toronto -- though our duties will be split (mostly doing ISOC stuff) so the CROPP program would have helped here.
Silvia Vivanco:See wikis: https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/Form+to+submit+travel+requests+to+the+CROPP+Review+Team
Avri Doria:so it is impossible to travel the first 2 montsh of a fiscal year?
Ogi Mitev:I plan to go to IETF in Toronto, please let me know if I can help
Avri Doria:so called 'evergency applications'
Avri Doria:emergency
Avri Doria:does a rejected applicatiosn carry over ffrom one fiscal year to another?
Konstantin Kalaitzidis (SFBayISOC):Thank you!
Joly MacFie:http://isoc-ny.org/misc/ISOC-NY-one_page_2011.pdf
