please note I outright reject the creation and content of said document, the drafting and nature goes against existing procedure firstly, Please see Section 24. of the ROP- In case of any emerging conflict of interest which may be unclear according to the operative principles of the region, a written statement shall be requested from each nominee. Immediately, a five (5)- day process shall begin to clarify the situation and the regional leaders shall make a special call to hear all interested parties. If after said period no resolution is reached, the region shall vote within a period of 10 days once the clarification period is over, and the issue shall be resolved by simple majority of the cast votes. Secondly, the overall tone of the document leads to the questions, who is in charge of investigating the veracity of the affidavit, (Staff ?) Has not the candidates already done a statement, indicating no conflict of interest.
