Heidi Ullrich:It is being proposed that the Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning sessions are Working Sessions.
Heidi Ullrich:The Wednesday afternoon one hour session is a session to plan the agenda for the General Assembly on Thursday.
Heidi Ullrich:The Thursday 3 hour session would be the General Assembly
Heidi Ullrich:There will be other ICANN meetings going on at all times during the week. So it wouldn't just be the Wednesday afternoon session that has conflicting meetings.
