CLO: For the Record Here these new plans and processes is in close keeping or Matching with what earlier ALAC F&B SC had asked for and designed so we need to appreciate this in our cover note to our cluster (and I assume it WILL be a small cluster of template forms) when we send them in at end of minth
CLO: This time however with the TIMING of this earlier process some of our RALO's might NOT be able to have these templates filled out by 'them' this time so this WT / F&B-SC may be better doing that from more general inout coming in from Regions
CLO: Also Last time we also linked our requests to the Strat Plan so we have doine muchg of this before just NOt in this format
CLO: Sample tempates are a good idea

CLO: The example template will make the Regional Inout for this round SO MUCH Easier thanks :-)
CLO: Time should be for actoivoties running from July 11 -> july 12 i.e. the FY1w FYE
CLO: at THIS stage we need to work on that for the future
CLO: it is feasable but as yet NOT in their planning ability
CLO: currently ICANN does NOT allow for multi Year allocatopns'
CLO: CAN maybe change soon
CLO: Juan is talking about building for a Furture Post dated event
CLO: difference is an allocation of an amount for activoty in FY12 this money can be either allocated TO the activity run in FY12 OR go into aqrual for a post FY12 activity as I understand it...
CLO: Previously Heidi (or before that Nick) did a Budget request form for general\ "dept' operations and planning
CLO: I wiould assume as her budget is a subset of Policy One this also needs to continue

CLO: so an AI to Matthias is to make that happen of course
