      Garth Bruen and  myself( Glenn McKnight  has brought to the  attention of  Sandra recently the  need for  proper succession for  the  new ALAC  officiers  which should  involve  some practical job  specific  training.   We should  we  include some staff  training for the secretariats and chairperson.
