- Reluctancy to provide data, wholesale pricing data for example will not be published. However, Retail pricing can be easily found anywhere and should be used in the CCTRT analysis.
- Suggestion to look at .COM prices before and after the new gTLD Program was launched.
- Suggestion to look at the safeguards benefits offered to newgtlds registrants rather than looking at their cost
- Little compliance in .COM as there no contractual obligations vs. new gTLDS.
