- I’m curious whether or not you are able to get data from the other providers besides WIPO though I recognize of course they have a bulk of the filings but just in case the trend was higher in the Czech arbitration court or whatnot for UDRP were you able to or did you ask them for that data?
- Question on the new proceeding on dns abuse recommendations on regular reporting of data. Where is that data gonna come from? registrar, registry? Was there any discussion on where data is going to come from since it’s not open like to figure out the percentage of abuse at the registrar or registry level and to bring the proceeding. I was also thinking maybe it could be, you know, you bring the proceeding against the registrar the response of the abuse compliance. So if ICANN compliance is not able to handle it they can sort of step in and create a little more transparency
